The current article presents a brief outline of the origin of the term “post–modernism” and its manifestations in the world of art and literature. Without a special theoretical training and without studying the experience of the predecessors’ it’s practically impossible to evaluate the illusory new one, which sometimes is not new, but simply the imitation of the famous old one
