In the article the reconstruction of human’s system of values in the condition of professional status lowering are presented. Here the replacing of the highest values to the position of lowest system of values takes place. In the human’s system of values the majority is the lowest values of adaptability. The modern society is characterized by mobility, with the changes of always continuing social constructions, which is shown in the field of society’s system of values. The reconstruction of human’s system of values has an adapting character being favorable to human’s social – psychological adaptability in the field of not professional conditions.
