The article presents the review of the formation of the technological approach in the education system and the possibility of building the quality management system of students’ professional training on its basis. The technological approach is seen as specially organized interaction of inter-curricular educational process, aimed at achieving specific results in education. The quality management of student professional training on the basis of the technological approach consists of:diagnostic and operational view of the expected learning outcomes; diagnostics of the current state and forecasting of tendencies of nearest development (monitoring) system; a set of technologies; construction of an optimal model of training for these specific conditions; feedback mechanism.
