The sample of this study consisted of 71 students (41 males and 29 females) enrolled in the new secondary school in Ouanougha, Algeria. This sample was devided into two groups: the experimental group (N=33), and the control group (N=38). To realise the aim of the study, an enrichment program was developed. The program was applied during the 3rd term of the school year 2012/2013. A measure of achievement motivation was developed.
