The phenomenon of informational sovereignty of the state is considered, various points of view on its essence and content are provided, its author’s definition is given. It is noted that the concept of information sovereignty is dynamic. The authors state that in modern information space, in the context of globalization, the binding of information sovereignty to territorial boundaries is becoming more and more blurred.
