The results of the analysis of the problem of stimulating the service and labor activity of ocers-experts of the construction complex of the Russian Guard are presented. Motivation and its functions in personnel management, the role of incentives in the management system are considered. The main sources of stimulating the service and labor activity of expert ocers are revealed. The most important directions of improving the activities of the ocers-experts of the construction complex of the Russian Guard, recommended for building a more eective and rational system of stimulating their activities, are reflected.
