This article is devoted to a role of commodity and monetary deficit in formation and development of the black market in case of socialism and the market of counterfeit products in modern conditions. Comparison of the markets on the example of the elementary models and theoretical judgment of the place and a role of the market of counterfeit goods in market economy is carried out.
