The article analyzes the influence of the individual personality factors of professional socialization of the students studying at the vocational educational institution. Existing factors
affecting the productivity of professional socialization of the students have been considered. There has been conducted a survey by means of questioning the students of engineering specialties of the Department of secondary vocational education in Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Education ASTU. Conclusions have been drawn about the influence of individual personality
factors of students' professional socialization.
