In the course of studying the process of rectification of liquefied gases, there was considered the issue of increasing the efficiency of mass transfer between the liquid and vapor phases. The modernization of the tray rectification column is proposed, and its choice is justified. The introduction of new technical solutions will reduce the cost of resources for the production of the distillation column, which reduces economic costs and increases the efficiency of the output of rectification products of liquefied hydrocarbon gases. The main advantage of that is a very high heat transfer during combustion. In this case, heat exchange is higher than that of liquid hydrocarbons and natural gas. Therefore, when burning the same amount of fuel, the greatest amount of thermal energy will be obtained from liquefied gas.
