In the article an analysis of the causes and consequences of possible risks in the bus driver’s workplace was presented. For this aim a quality management tool was used, such as the Ishikawa’ s diagram. Defined risks and their causes concerned to task, which occur at the workplace of the bus driver in the chosen enterprise.
