In the article authors described logistic problems of a food transport company. The issue was described in relation to one of the companies, based in Szczecin. The scope of the company's activity was presented due to its specificity. Attention was paid to logistic processes occurring in the company. Finally, an attempt was made to indicate improvements in the functioning of the company.
