The article presents analysis the results of surveys carried out among passengers of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji w Siedlcach regarding the assessment of satisfaction with the quality of transport services offered by this carrier. The presented results are intended to illustrate the level of satisfaction with the services provided by public transport in Siedlce. The article also presents current passenger proposals that can help the company adjust its offer to their current requirements.
