The article presents the issues covering the transformation of logistics within the currently developed concept of Industry 4.0. In this approach, a research problem arises which determines which parameters and characteristics of logistic processes are most important from the point of view of the idea of Industry 4.0. In addition, mutual relationships between these parameters should be established. In the article, multi-criteria analysis was used to assess these characteristics. The article can be useful for people interested in modern solutions in the production and logistics industry.
