The object of this paper is to investigate and evaluate the economic, cultural, health, and managerial consequences using the indicators of IRR model. The research indicators included the economic factors (saving and annual income, employment, housing buying), the managerial indicator, the cultural- educational indicator (interaction of families, knowledge, skill, and teaching children), and the health indicator (accessing to health facilities, mortality rate and nutritional quality). The results of T-test indicated that all of indicators and sub-indicators of the research, except for two sub-indicators of employment (from the economic factor) and family interaction (from the cultural interaction), didn't have a positive improvement trend and earthquake victims believed that after settling them, the situation did not change. The results of the regression test also showed that indicators of adequate employment, interaction of families, accessing to health facilities and coordination of managers played the most important role to improve the risk management after settling earthquake victims.
