LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract in English only.Professor Zhang Xianglong responded to the issue of legalization of same-sex marriage from the perspective of Confucianism, and expounded the possible attitude of Confucianism towards this issue. His ideas are new and important, but he may have neglected the applicability of Confucianism in modern society.
