This article provides literature review of transactional and transformational leadership and tries to combine the leadership styles in physical education.領導是一種普遍的人類現象它是一種最容易被看到但卻是地球上最少被瞭解的現象(Bums, 1978, p.2)。本文比較領導理論中新領導時期的交易領導與轉型領導觀點提供體育從業人員不論敎師、敎練、或行政工作者在學術與應用上之參考。
