LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in English; abstract also in Chinese.With the aid of today's computer software, the use of factor analysis becomes popular in educational setting, especially in cognitive and affective domain. However, the factor-analytic technique has been extensively used by researchers in the psychomotor domain since 1970s. The present paper attempts to illustrate the basic theories and assumption of utilizing factor analysis and to demonstrate the user friendly procedures in order to measure psychomotor behaviour.一般使用因子分析法的敎育研究多集中於在認知和情感範疇。本文章以簡易的電腦程式説明如何使用因子分析法來量度心理肌動行為並作出實際例子給讀者參考。
