LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in English; abstract also in Chinese.This study was adopted open-ended questions to collect the views of Hong Kong Physical Education teachers regarding (1). their perception of aspects of their jobs that gave them most satisfaction and most dissatisfaction. (2). the suggestions to improve their working conditions. A content analysis of a total of 1,348 written comments found that student related matters and teaching related matters accounted for the source of most satisfying and most dissatisfying aspects of teaching physical education respectively.本研究是採用開放式問題形式收集香港體育敎師 (1).對他們工作所感到滿意和不滿意的地方。(2).改善其工作環境的建議。在收集所得的1,348個建議中內容分析結果顯示香港體育敎師感到非常滿意和不滿意的地方分別來自學生和敎學上的事項。
