The paper presents results of preparing the samples for GC-MS determination of carbofurane in biological tissue in postmortem cases. Results shown, that the using of solid phase extraction method increases the sensitivity of detection of up to 15 times, in comparison of the samples purified in a thin layer of sorbent.
