The article explains the concept of the competence of forensic experts in answering questions about the law enforcement agencies, which are put to the expert, but are beyond the scope of forensic medicine. Held their legal and forensic justification. The article also includes recommendations for the compilation of answers to questions on the main three areas encountered in practice experts.
