The analysis of application of variousmethods of diagnostics at 370 children with congenitalhypertrophic pylorostenosis is spent. By results ofstudying resolution of modern methods the algorithm ofdiagnostics of disease on the basis of their stage-by-stageuse at the concrete patient is developed. It is shown, thatintroduction of the advanced ultrasonic methods allowesto raise total efficiency of diagnostics of disease on thebasis of ultrasonic research up to 87 %.
