The long-term follow-up systemmay improve the understanding of relationship riskfactors, treatment types and child development.The different risk factors for unfavorable results ofinfant’s development were recognized. They must bediscussed by parents and documented. The group riskneonate’s follow-up system requires connectionalteam work of specialists, family members andanticipate of creation of unified national database.
