A study of intra-and postoperative analgesia in 81 newborn operated on congenital malformations. was carried out and extended epidural anesthesia on the basis of lidocain, naropin, bupivacaine. Assessment of pain was carried out on a scale of N-PASS. Assessing the intra-and postoperative analgesia, it should be noted that they were adequate and can be used in neonatal anesthesia.
