The results of the distribution of rickettsiae of the group of tick-borne spotted fevers in Ukraine are presented. The progress made in the study of rickettsiae is associated with the improvement of methods for their detection and isolation.The purpose of the work. To study the distribution of rickettsiae of the group of tick-borne spotted fever, including the causative agent of Marseille spotted fever, in different regions of Ukraine.Conclusion. The endemicity of rickettsial infections of the group of tick-borne spotted fevers in Ukraine has been proved. Data on new types of vectors and polyvector nature of natural foci were obtained. The circulation of the pathogen of Marseille spotted fever was established by serological monitoring of the total population.
