The article presents the echographic features of embryonal development in pregnant women with genital infections. The estimation of ultrasonic criteria of development of embryo was conducted in the early terms of gestation: estimation of structures of the embryo, cardiac performance indicators, presence of retrochorionic haematoma. It enabled to estimate the prognosis of pregnancy and possibility of development of placenta disfunction.
