Deterministic relationships between the open fracture of the long tubular bone diaphysis and the consequences of the traumatic process were modeled. A cause-system approach to the investigation of deterministic complications of mechanical bodily injury was proposed. Causal estimations of determinants in open primary and open delayed fractures of the long tubular bone diaphysis are differentiated.
