Fatty tissue has been lately considered by researchers as an accessible source of autological stem cells. The problem of factors which influence the directed differentiation of stem cells is still important. Experimental researches have been conducted on rats with simulated limb ischemia. Stromal-vascular fraction of fatty tissue was injected to the experimental animals both with limb ischemia and to those with intact extremities. Imunohistochemical researches (determination of antibodies expression to von Willebrand factor, of collagen IV type and vimentin) of processes, which take place with introduced multipotential stromal cells, the number of which is great in stromal-vascular fraction of fatty tissue against the background of ischemia and without it, have been conducted. These results allow defining the future subsequent development of this direction of researches.
