An investigation of interconnection between anamnestic and clinical peculiarities of premenstrual syndrome (PMC) in edematous form and hormonal homeostasis indexes in 130 women of early reproductive age has been carried out.The correlation between anamnestic data connected with mental and emotional strain, symptoms which accompany the tissues edema and progesterone, prolactin and cortisol indexes in women with PMC edematous form is traced.
