A research of cardiomyopathies as one of the most prevalent diseases of the cardiovascular system is of considerable scientific interest to medicolegists of the Lviv region, since this pathology in the past 5 years, taking into consideration the results of our study, tends to increase and has made up over this period almost 10 % of the total non-violent death in general and 13,8 % of the pathology of the cardiovascular system, in particular.
