Taking into account a growing demand and the spread of issuing permissions for an unimpeded peaceful use of weapons with cartridges of the Flaubert type, caliber 4mm for their own purposes of self-defense, the number of investigations of cases of fatal wounds of victims, who suffered, when using this type of weapon, increases.
