The paper presents examples, pertaining to improving the conductance of practical classes with foreign students. It is just the use of a discussion of a surgical problem, corroborating, argumentation of one’s view point, debating with a teacher, perfecting and mastering practical skills in surgical subjects along with testing students that improve mastering the thematic material.
