Polytrauma during the period of late manifestations of wound dystrophy is accompanied by marked disturbances of the humoral immunity, manifested by an increasing content of blood serum circulating immune complexes (CIC) and immunoglobulin of classes A, M, G in serum on the 14th-28th day of the experiment. The application of thiotriazoline is accompanied by a lesser tension of humoral immunity, which was accompanied by a statistically significantly lower blood serum content of CIC, Ig A, M, G, regarding untreated animals during all periods of observation.
