As a part of this prospective study 105 patients with initial stages of coxarthrosis underwent hip arthroscopy. The study of rehabilitation program efficiency in convalescents after arthroscopic treatment using the visual analogue pain scale (VAS), the WOMAC index, the modified Harris scale, the digital evaluation scale NRS was conducted. It was revealed that rehabilitation protocol consistеd of activation of motor regime, physical exercises, neuromuscular control and patient’s self-monitoring with the help of a special diary is an independent factor of positive influence on the postoperative period and quality of life of patients after hip arthroscopy.
