A comprehensive use of hormone replacement therapy on the stage of potential donor conditioning with methylprednisolone, insulin, desmopressin and levothyroxine and pharmacological agents such as heparin, streptokinase, ebrantil during explantation of organs and tissues was found to be an effective combination for pharmacological protection of donor organs and tissues, enabling improve the quality of donor organs and having a positive effect on graft function.
