The paper presents analysis of А1267G polymorphism of HSP70-2 (id.: rs1061581) gene in the structure of sickness of girls suffering from vulvovaginitis. Polymorphism of HSP70 genes plays very important role in working of the immune system. It can be one of the important reasons of the genetically-provoked disregulation of inflammatory reaction. This will enable to present the scientific conception of pathophysiologic mechanisms of the development of vulvovaginitis.
