Immediately after strumectomy in the testicular bloodstream venous plethora with simultaneous reduction of the capacity of small intramural arteries and arterioles develop. Intramural arteries of an average diameter and arteries of tunica albuginea react by compensatory increase of capacity at the expense of expanding their lumen. By the 3rd day of the experiment morphofunctional condition of testicular bloodstream stabilizes. Then, against the ground of venous stagnation restoration the transmission capacity of small intramural arteries and intramural arteries of an average diameter decreases progressively with compensatory increase of the capacity of albuginea tunica arteries with the corresponding dynamics of their quantitative indicators.
