In order to increase the quality of human resources in education field, we should consider about development of change which is done in any field of life. By paying attention to national education priority, the ability of mastering good writing and reading, it will be motivated the mastering ability of creative and critical thinking and the development of students’ effective demention can be optimalized. In implementing of beginning reading learning at elementary school (SD), teacher is often faced to the students who get the difficulty, which is deal with sound, letter, syllable, word, simple sentence and students’ disability in comprehending reading content. Teacher as important stakeholder in learning, he or she should able to know and overcome the problem which faced by the students. To overcome this problem, the teacher needs to increase the efectifity of beginning reading learning at elementary school.
