The purpose of this study was to get information about school development planning process in SMA Negeri Padang. The research question is how the school development planning process at SMAN Padang. This research’s population is all teachers at SMAN 1, SMA Negeri 6 and SMAN 13, amounting to 204 people. Sample are 62 teachers that defined by the formula Cochran and get by Stratified proportional random sampling technique. Instrument to coollected data was a questionnaire . The data were analized used the average formula. The results showed that the school development planning in SMA Negeri Padang already performing well.
