The attitude of  arrogance and disconcern about other people is rooted from our inability to synergize numerous conditions  that occurred  around us. The educational systems and models have not yet given enough room for students to appreciate others, and the school wants to urge them to to learn more, they were motivated to defeat each other. The educational  progress is measured by numbers, not how the changing on the foundational thinking, emotional structure and the attitude pattern. The phenomenon above needs a solution to seek alternative educational system that rooted to  togetherness, it intended to create cooperative learning process. Many experts believe that the principal of cooperative learning is emphasize on the assumption that humans is a social creature, they need each other and mutually dependent. The significance of it, humans can’t live alone but need to be together and help each other on their life. Humans can’t live alone, they need to be part of the society
