This research described about how perception students about plagiarsm on their work and implications on the guidance and counseling at a state university. Is a lively plagiarsm negative behavior performed by a student in the manufacture of duties on class .This is caused by a variety of factors students were do plagiat in complete a task , this certainly is important to see and reduced and prevented in finished the task by college students. This article aims to described perception students about plagiat on their work based on 3 aspects of cognitive about plagiarsm: 1) Cognitive about plagiat , 2 ) affective about plagiat , 3 ) Conatif about plagiat. The kind of research used in research it is the type of descriptive , the research was done in state university education of the faculty of the field after the total sample 368 students. An instrument that is used is perception such students. Analysis of the data used is a technique the percentage. The results of the study express perception students about plagiat on their work based on the aspect of cognitive , affective and conatif are at the level of fairly good enough. This result indicates that the perception students about plagiat that is good enough , where this behavior not applied in complete a task. Perception students against the action of plagiarism on their work basically have the understanding of the act of the plagiarism , it is just that in fact they have cause to do this course of action .There are still some student who err in apprehends this so that it can be obtained services counseling rooms to change perception of that which is good against plagiat on their work.
