The study examines the relation between independent and intervening variables that involved in the relation between participation on budgeting and managerial performance. The relation of those variables was intervening by the oLher variables. There is Lhree hypothesis ware examined in this study. AMOS used to estimate the measurement of the model simultaneously.A questionnair was used to collect data and measure the dependent variable. Data collected from 65 managers in East Java industries. The results showed there is intervening variable that intervene association between participative budgeting and managerial performance. Thefindings rejected the thirth null hypotheses. This confirmed thefindings of Erez and Arad (1986), and Lucyanda (2001).
