In the organization both of business organization and government can't be avoided of conflict among of conflict is interpersonal also intergroups. Conflict is an impact from interaction of interpersonal also intergroups in an organization.  There are many of factors cause conflict. Such as comunication factors, organization chart also personal behaviour factors.In its relationship to performance organization, much overlooks to conflict there be of a certain opinion that a conflict is something which will disturb also confuse to train of organization, so a conflict must be avoided or be lost. Other overlook suggested with a conflict an organizatian more and more enthusiasm, critical to theirselves and inovatif so a conflict influence positif to organization of performance. The problem is how a happened conflict be managed in a good condition.  So  could  be  reached  an  optimal  conflict  level  and  it  has  implication  to  increase organization of performance.
