The paper presents a service-oriented methodology for determining the parameters of road freight transportation, providing opportunities for regular data updates based on online monitoring of the transportation process condition, automated analytical processing and operational changes to route assignments with automatic recalculation of technical and operational indicators in the process of vehicles` movement on the route. This technique allows generating effective indicators of vehicle operation in the form of databases for analyzing the transportation work performance in digital formats and operational adjustment of the estimated effectiveness of vehicle operation processes.
