The paper presents the analysis results of experimental values of adhesion and the internal friction angle for total and effective stresses obtained on the basis of triaxial tests of cohesive soils in the Omsk region. The calculated values of the shear resistance characteristics of heavy loam for the design of road clothes in the Omsk region are proposed.
