The article considers the regional features and tendencies of construction organizations` development in conditions of the Arctic. A new classification of factors affecting the complexity of the work of construction organizations operating in the Arctic is proposed. As the analysis result, there have been identified development trends of construction organizations operating in the Arctic. This will allow improving the accuracy of forecasting the construction sector development in the Russian Arctic.
