The article analyzes standard algorithms and the software based on them intended for determining the optimal routes of cargo movement in road transport systems. It is revealed that the current issue of routing is the solution of the optimization problem according to several efficiency criteria, one of which is the reduction of computational procedures. An original solution to this problem is proposed.
