The paper proposes an improved reverse numerical-analytical method for calculating thin-walled cold-formed rod elements for stability, taking into account the loss of local stability and the section shape. The presented approach makes it possible to automate and speed up the process of analytical calculation, which enables quickly obtaining the coefficients of loss of overall stability of rods of the LSTW structures. As a result, a complex and time-consuming calculation process is reduced to using a single formula in combination with the tabular data.
