The paper identifies and studies the main areas of activity in the field of ConTech and PropTech. The companies that successfully implement new ideas are discussed. The authors highlight the essence of new entrepreneurial ideas (startups) in the investment and construction sector and the turnover of real estate. Investment activity in the Russian PropTech sector is studied.
