. In modern agriculture, the problem of the lack of specialists and highly qualified personnel of mass professions is especially acute. Negative tendencies in the system of staffing of the agroindustrial complex are associated, first of all, with the issues of forming a personnel reserve, the lack of an effective youth policy of the state. So in a market environment, it is important to provide a new approach to the professional development of an individual, based on a combination of mobility and stability. It is necessary to analyze the process of social and professional formation of young people from the point of view of solving personnel problems typical for most enterprises in the agro-industrial complex.
