As a result of all the innovations and changes in agriculture in Russia, it has turned into an industry with the lowest wages for workers. Meanwhile, Russia has great agricultural potential, but these opportunities have not yet been realized. Only young people who take an active part in the development and transformation of the agro-industrial complex can correct the situation.
